We stayed 5 days in the suite at the Merton Hotel. What a fabulous stay we’ve had. The staff were fabulous as was the food. Everyone was friendly, helpful and happy throughout our stay. The room was fabulous too with a lovely balcony overlooking the bay. Thank you

Great hotel,good location,carpark good Staff really friendly and helpful Food and dining was good,very good selection Swimming pool complex is really good,indoor and outdoor. Allways a queue for the lifts which wasn't good,and rooms could do with an update, no usb in rooms,which nowadays is a must for everyone. Rooms are clean and well serviced but just could do with bringing bang up to date. Overall excellent hotel Staff really good and helpful Food good Would recommend

Everything was excellent, the hotel it’s self was very modern clean and tidy, it’s in a good distance from st Helier and the park and rose garden just at the end of the road are very good. Went to a lovely free concert in the park one evening and had a excellent meal in the park restaurant

We loved our stay at the Merton hotel. Child focused and very friendly. Excellent service and staff. Pool area was great and the breakfast was excellent. Brilliant and varied night entertainment. Good acts on for the adults and the young team who entertained the kids were very talented and really put everything into making sure they had fun.
