"Fast check in ,room was very clean and parking right at your door step. Great place for a one night stay while travelling."

"The electricity on the headboard kept going on and off and the alarm clock keeping beeping because of this. When I tried to unplug the headboard and replug it the outlet started sparking. There was no maintenance on hand. We could not sleep because we felt unsafe and the beep annoyed us all night. The front desk wasn't much help and didn't even offer to change our room to another one. The next morning, I complained to the front desk, and they just wrote a report. I informed them I was going to be back in a week, and nothing was offered to me like an upgrade or anything. I was really disappointed"

"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Our room was immaculate and beautiful! We arrived late so the restaurants were already closed so we had a quick bite at the bar which is okay and our drinks were good. Would definitely stay again. "

"First time ever having had a bad experience at this hotel, which we travel to on a very regular basis. Normally I get a room with two queen beds, this time we got a room with one king bed due to availability. The bed was terribly uncomfortable; the mattress felt like it was really cheap and old and had all kinds of body shaped dips and grooves in it. We were next to the front desk and we heard people checking in all night while we were trying to sleep. We go to bed at 6 PM and get up at 2:30 AM to get on the road and we were not able to get to sleep until approximately 12:30 AM. The guy next-door, to which we somehow had an adjoining room, was yelling at his girlfriend until midnight and we heard every word, even with our fan on. We had a terrible night, completely exhausted when we checked out at 4:00 AM. Also, there is never coffee in the morning. I do not understand this. Every other hotel that we have ever stayed in has had complementary coffee at all times of the day. This really needs to change."
