We had some dietary requirements and they chef did his best to meet the expectations. The evening shows are a good way to entertain yourself. We had comfortable beds and fridge was well stocked with drinks both alcoholic and other beverages. Staff are really courteous and they do look after you really well. "Beautiful room with balcony overlooking the church square. The room, lobby and hallways were very clean. The location was perfect for seeing Heraklion. On the edge of the old town with pedestrian streets but the hotel was close to a main street with bus service and taxi's could pull up right outside. The main restaurant street was less than a block away."
