"Very clean , comfortable beds and very helpful and friendly front desk. Beautiful grounds and free hot breakfast was amazing!! Great options and both my teen boys left full which is a good sign the food was good :) Would definitely stay there again in future!"

"Staying on-site for Shenandoah National Park was a big help in traversing the park. You will need to pay an entry pass for the park to get here though. This is an old place, not a lot of frills, but if you are just staying to go hit the park it is perfect. Many rooms are small 3 or 4 unit clusters all attached. The rooms may or may not have AC, Wifi is non existant in the rooms, and most of the site and park. It does the job, but if you want a lot of amenities go outside the park. Had a mini fridge, cable TV, and running water so it got the job done. It is a cozy place with the basics. The main office/ lodge has great wifi, maps, a restaurant, and a place to sit and hang out. It also has a store/ gift shop with stuff from and for the park, and a few food items. A great place, a highlight of the complex. The restaurant is very odd, it is a sit and dine restaurant with specials and a more mature menu. It is not cheap, nor really kid appealing. We ended up not eating there during our stay due to the limited menu. It is literally in the middle of the National Park, so it is easy to get to the places you want, and makes some dark sky opportunities a short drive away."

"The area around the hotel itself, was centrally located to stores, and restaurants. The hotel was basically brand new, being built within the last two years. The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast was what was expected muffins, yogurt, orange, and breakfast granola bars. My room was clean, loved the full fridge and freezer, very clean and helpful"

"This is a quaint and lovely inn tight next door to UVA campus and within walking distance of lots of restaurants plus the market street mall area. The inn keeper, Jake, was super welcoming and helped us carry our luggage in. The staff were all lovely. The room was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and beautiful. It was awesome to have the breakfast vouchers included with the stay for the downstairs Farmbell kitchen breakfast very convenient. Overall this inn is small, private, and an excellent deal. I would gladly book there again. This place was infinitely more comfortable to stay at then the larger chain hotels I've been too."

"The hotel is only 2 months old and is spotless! Great rooms and the public spaces are incredible. Soaring ceilings and great meeting spaces. There's large windowed room near the elevator on each floor that's a great place to work or start your day in quiet if you're an early riser like me. Great property and lots of passion in their service. It's only 10 to 15 minutes walking to anywhere on campus. A must stay in Charlottesville."

"The assistant manager that we talked to a couple of times (and checked us in) was very helpful in offering suggestions on activities/dining. The room was spacious and a good value. Everything was clean. The afternoon tea and cookies was nice. They have a large pool available; however, the advertising stated it was heated, but it felt pretty cold. Overall, good value and would stay again!"
