"The hotel is really gross. I upgraded to a “deluxe” non smoking room. Ny room stank like stale ashtrays. The person in the room beside fought with his partner screaming until 3am fell asleep and starting right back at 6am. Air conditioning wasn’t working. I was dying around 1am. Front desk asked ..."

"The man at the desk was very rude. We were told we could not use a debit card or Venmo debit card to pay however ran my sisters debit as credit with no issue. Said “management told him no debit/bank or Venmo debit/credit cards which was used to reserve the room to begin with."
