"Worker never greeted us or even spoke to us. Our A/C didn't work and we had to move rooms. Another party came to our room saying they were just assigned to our room. One morning at 6:45am someone was trying to get into our room. The front staff gave room cards out to people who left their card in the room or were tired of waiting for the other person to arrive with the key. This happened on the first night we were there and the second night we were there. The front staff never asked for ID or even a name but just asked for the room number and gave the person the card. Very unsafe. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Yes the air was perfect and only issue is the water in the shower dint get hot enough for me and need to be fix. I love when my shower is hot"

"Management decided that it would be good idea to shut off the hot water well before checkout time so the entire hotel had no hot water or water pressure in the morning to shower, etc. Had issues checking in the front desk claimed i was already checked in which of course i was not, obviously they checked in the wrong person under my reservation. Very sketchy part of town, sirens all night, parking lot did not feel safe."

"I've stayed here before and loved it. Came back and loved it even more. Nice, clean, safe, friendly staff, comfortable beds, hot showers, etc. Nice place to stay. "
