"Was upgraded to sea view room with lovely view. Bathrooom needs a refresh as does hotel generally especially restaurant area, big room with no character. Staff were polite. Bar area okay but not sure staff have been trained very well, gin and tonic in white wine glass. Restaurant food was very average ..."
