Park outside the reception, check in and only then can you get the key code to enter the cavernous underground carpark! The aircon only goes down to 20 degrees C but that was cool enough. We didn’t realize there wasn’t maid service until we came back to room and no clean towel and bed wasn’t made. Maybe it was in the materials but it wasn’t obvious to us. We liked the trim at up, roof deck was a nice feature as was coffee bar there.
