"Bathroom smelled like poorly cleaned up vomit and the toilet seat was sticky, tacky , hard for me to clean. I was already changed and unpacked so I washed up the bathroom as best I could. Covered the seat when I used it. Also, no cups anywhere for coffee or in bathroom. "

Noise stop for about maybe 10 to 15 minutes then continued until about 2 AM stop for a bit. They were up by 5 AM.
