"Not a bad stay. The walk to the beach was about 1 mile down.. room offers beach chairs and umbrella rental as well!!"

"The staff in the restaurants were extremely awesome and I love them. They were great. Our room smelled so bad of some kind of disinfectant that we could hardly stay in there. I ask for a different room couldn’t get one so we sprayed essential oils and tried to mask the odor and then when I told them about it. They proceeded to go and spray more of the toxic deodorizing spray in our room made it 10 times worse. Everyone else on the property was kind and awesome. Can’t complain about that at all....

"The property was fairly clean, a good size, and had a nice overall appearance. However, during our entire stay, housekeeping only came to our room once-and that was only because we happened to see a housekeeper in the hallway and asked if our room could be serviced. She told us that no door sign was needed because housekeeping automatically services rooms, but that wasn't our experience. Even during that one visit, only one of the beds was made, which was very disappointing. We considered...

"I booked a suite then we had a family emergency. The hotel didn’t have to reimburse me but they rebooked at no further charge which helped me a lot. A big shout out goes to the front office staff, the cleaning and maintenance staff who were kind and gracious. I will hopefully be back one day! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The stay was okay, but it definitely had some pros and cons. On the positive side, our room was clean upon arrival, and the room service staff did a fine job with daily basics like making the bed and emptying the trash. However, the rest of the property needed more attention. The pool area wasn't clean enough to use, and there was a noticeable musty smell throughout the hallways.
