The green room (and all rooms on that side) is at most 20 square meters (no way it is 45 sqm). There is absolutely NO sea view as what you see is apartment complex and hills on opposite side. In fact, the sea is behind you so there is no way to see the sea from room balcony (physically impossible). And as for the rooms on the other...

"This place felt like home. Every aspect was remarkably decorated and felt classy. The hosts were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The pool area was a beautiful oasis, espexially to catch the sunset. I hope we can make it back to Hvar, if so this is definitely the place to stay!"

Die Möbel waren stark abgenutzt und teilweise beschädigt, die Bettwäsche roch unangenehm nach Hund. "Beautiful hotel with a nice new walkway along the beach to visit other restaurants and feel the ocean breeze. A great way to spend a birthday and they were so accommodating with a cake in the room. We were super sad to have to leave."

"Nice location not far from many places to eat. Room looked bigger in the photos than it actually was. Hot water for showers was an issue so short showers is a must so everyone can get a nice shower. We had a balcony suite which was nice, bit noisey with restaurant going at night but sound proof rooms when you shut the doors. "
