"I have stayed here many times and it is one of the best places in Ukraine. The staff are very friendly and the room is spacious. I never have any issues and if I do, it is corrected quickly. A great place to stay!"
"Nice hotel, seems relatively new. The pros include english speaking staff and friendly service. Cons include remote location (this could be a pro for someone else) with no clear entrance. Taxi's kept continually getting confused where to pick me up or drop me off. Separate cottages means that you have to wear your winter coat if you want to go eat dinner or enjoy the swimming pool. No fitness facility which is a real bummer for me. "
