"So we were driving back from Orlando and stopped for the night. I was driving so my husband made the reservation for 3 rooms for our family. When we arrived we found he had accidentally made reservations for 2027. We were able to book 3 more rooms and the hotel itself is fine but we have not gotten our money back for the 2027 rooms. It would be different if we didn’t pay for 3 other rooms. Yes it was a no cancellation and we didn’t want to cancel. Just needed to stay in 2026. How can you just take our money on a simple mistake? Expedia tried but no luck."
