"Ample parking"

"The staff were lovely and polite, attentive, but clearly it is run on shoestring, or maybe it is difficult to find staff? The hotel looks lovely and sits in keeping with the character of the area. the chef was away on holiday, i understand chef problems, hence the restaurant was closed. We did know this in advance and we booked a local pub to eat in, the staff again were helpful with this. We did return to the hotel just after 930pm, to find the bar shut and no staff on the premises. We had...

"It’s a lovely location, aspects of the property are nice, the free car parking was good and the staff were very helpful and quick to respond to queries. The room was nice in terms of having a sitting area and then a bedroom and on suite. However, the property needs to be updated and the cleaning also needs to be more frequent.
