"This hotel is aging, so go in with those expectations. For example, the keycard wouldn't open the outside door on the west side of the hotel, and you had to walk to the front. Since they gouged me on the rate for staying on CU-Boulder move-in weekend, certainly not worth the $400+ a night. I was also one of the lucky ones with no damage to my car, but many of the cars in the parking lot were vandalized and broken into, and I was told they have no security cameras. "

"Overpriced for a legacy, run-down property. Exterior of buildings were delapidated. Interiors had newish furniture, but popcorn ceilings, black mold in showers, uneven floors, etc. Needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Didn’t feel like a Marriott property at all, but carried the same price tag. Also, they do not manage parking at all. They technically have parking on property, but don’t require a hang tag or vehicle/plate registration. We only had one vehicle for our suite and couldn’t even park...

"Bathroom leak in the ceiling and pretty sure there was an elephant in the room above based on the very loud footsteps all night long. Complained about leak but seemed that they were short staffed although the woman who checked us in was very pleasant but seemed to be doing everything."

"We were there while attending a concert at Folsom Field on a Saturday night. Show ended at around 10:45pm. Everyone came back from the show and they closed the bar. Really bad planning on management's part and people were upset. It also put the bartenders in a really bad position. Everyone then went across the street to the Moxy."

"The staff was great! We asked for late checkout and they were very accommodating!!! For that reason we will be back!!! I did not like the heavy marijuana smell in the hallways and elevator!!!"

"Great location but property is very dated and could really use an upgrade. Room was clean enough but several things inside were broken/damaged. Hole in bathroom door which had been badly patched, window in bathroom which would not open/close, deck floor outside of room was dirty and leaning. Probably would not stay here again...but the staff was really nice and the free parking is a nice perk too. Would recommend if you are on a tight budget and want a place to stay near the campus but that's...

"Very clean property set back in a nice quiet area. Great communication and friendly staff. The only downsides were losing power the first morning, and not having a place to hang hanging clothes. Used a hand towel bar."
