"Staff was very friendly and our room was very clean. We stayed for one night otw to Atlanta. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great! Only con is it’s very close to the interstate and it was loud for me but it may not bother someone else. "

"Beds were clean. Property needs some fixing, broken tiles and molding in the bathroom, tub was stained. Arrived at 2:15pm, instead of honestly telling me “I’m sorry, we don’t start check in until 3.” The front desk man said, “we have no clean rooms.” We came back 45 min later and another woman was working the desk. He was still there and commented, “plenty of clean rooms now.” As if housekeeping magically cleaned the entire property in 45 min. It felt like he lied to avoid working. Finally, the lemon water on the cart was disgusting. Tasted like old shoes. Whole family took a cup after hiking the falls and whole family nearly spit it out. Wondering how often that container is cleaned/replenished."

"Bedroom: very clean sheets, chair near bed was clean, appliances clean Bathroom: tub was very dirty, the bath mat was extrmely dirty with a black ring around the tub Service: amazing, the young lady at the front drsk was very personable, very friendly and helpful. Location: Great! Located right off the expressway and next to a gas station. Sits on a besutiful lake."

"Office and room smelled of weed. Shower and sink fixtures loose..moving around. When the light was on in the bathroom the fan made an extremely loud noise. Could barely turn around in there. Three of us but only 2 towels. Some of the pictures online were false advertising. The person upstairs paced the floor most of the night . No sleep. Not recommended for any stay. "

"Clean rooms with comfortable beds and linens. Loved the cinnamon roll waffles as a breakfast option. "

"It was the worst room I have ever encountered through Hotels.com. The 6.8 ratimg was absolutely off. If we could have found another place nearby we would have left. The fire detector had a plastic bag over it. There were blood stains and splatter on the floor and wall. It was listed as non-smoking room but was obviously a smoking room, with cugarett burns on counters and tub and sheets. The manager admitted it was a smoking room after I went to complain. He said it was their last room. I have pictures and a short video clip. I asked for a refund and was denied. The blood was a biohazard in itself. The covered fire deterctor was a safety hazard. I demand a refund."
