"The room was 85F when entering at 11:50PM. With the AC running at full until 2AM the temperature was 79F. Staff could not get the TV remote to work. By 3AM the room was 77F and humid. Call ahead and ask them to turn on the AC or look at a different property"

"I went downstairs to ask for some more towels and other items to be taken to the room and was told they had no one on shift to bring the items to our room. I get back from running errands, about an hour and picked up the items went back to the room and it’s being cleaned. I was a bit baffled because I was told they had no one on shift."

"The front desk clerk was awesome. I wish I had made note of her name. The room was immaculate and had definitely been redone. The property was super clean, although the lobby area could use a face lift. You might as well skip the free breakfast. It was pretty pathetic with the exception of the Texas shaped waffle. Overall, I would stay there again. The rate was great! They excepted my service dog happily at no extra charge. Afterall, you don't sleep in the lobby. But I would. It was clean."

"Room on 2nd floor was comfortable and quiet. Check in and check out were fast and easy. Breakfast was simple, but well prepared and fresh. Only things that kept me from giving it 5 stars was; our bathroom door wouldn’t close, the location of the AC vent blowed towards the door, so freezing there, but set to 62 to get the rest of the room cool and H Bar was not open in the evenings while we were there. All said, we would still stay again, I think it was a good value for the $$."

"The staff was extremely helpful. We interacted with several employees and each was very polite and helpful. The dining room was very nice, and the food was exceptionally good. Again, the staff was very nice and helpful. The room was tidy and comfortable. It was a good place to stay, and we will return whenever we visit our family members in College Station."
