"At first I was given a room that was so hot and had sheets that were not clean. There was a dead bug and hair in the bed. However when I complained they moved me to a new room that was cleaner but this property needs to improve their standards of clean. If I wasn’t desperate to sleep I would not have stayed there. I did not feel safe. Someone even tried my door in the middle of the night."

"The Hitlon Airport Garden Hotel was very clean and the rooms were well furnished. The bed very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good with a cook ready to prepare any style of eggs you wanted. The buffet had everything you could imagine for breakfast and the servers were right there to greet you and bring you coffee. The shuttle service was on time and very efficient.
Standards like this are not often encountered today even in the better hotels.
