"I genuinely don’t understand how this hotel manages to stay in business. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that this place is long overdue for a complete overhaul—starting with the room bathrooms, which were an absolute disaster. Poor water pressure, inconsistent drainage, flushing that looked like they hadn’t been updated (or properly maintained) in decades made even the simplest routines frustrating. The rooms themselves felt stuck in another era—and not in a charming, vintage way....

"Property definitely in need of maintenance. Sliding closet doors did not work and screen for door to balcony torn. Staff removed one closet door so we had access. Bed comfortable though pillows justbok. Bathroom nice and towels good quality. Biggest complaint is that there was only one restaurant on the property (the other one listed is closed). The food at the Deep End was good but service erratic, sometimes fast, sometimes slow. Menu limited. And biggest issue is that the restaurant is not...

"Full of bugs Beds were not usable. Had metal poking up on both beds, screaming kids until 1 o’clock in the morning, banging on the walls and screaming rundown building when we asked for another unit, the other unit was exactly the same had bugs in it run down worthless bed the owner that told us that if we wanted a refund we had to turn over the keys and leave right now that was at 1:30 in the morning we had to sleep with our car on the streets of St. Croix. "The hotel is great. In a great location to be able to visit the entire island. Great beach and several restaurants within a short walk."

"My fiancé and I stayed 3 nights here in March and while I wouldn't call it a 5-star hotel, we had an excellent experience. Something to consider when staying here is that it is located about 40 minutes away from the main city area (Christiansted) and the roads leading up the hotel get narrow and the cell service gets shotty. The drive is so far out that some Uber drivers decline your ride because they do not want to drive out that far. I would def let them drive instead of renting if you are...
