"깨끗하고 넓었어요. 자코파내 시내까지는 차 타고 나가야했지만 가까웠어요. 숙소는 따뜻했고 새벽엔 좀 쌀쌀했어요. 숙소 건물에 주소번호 245가 써 있지 않아 숙소를 맞게 찾은건지 헷갈렸었어요. 외부에서 내부로 들어가는 비밀번호를 미리 알려주지 않아서 같은 시간대에 온 다른 팀하고 많이 헤맸어요. 전날에 또 다른팀이 비번 알려주셔서 들어가기는 했지만… 방을 잘못 알려주셔서 문제가 되기는 했었지만 친절하게 잘 알려주셔서 기분이 상하거나 그러지는 않았어요. 직원분을 대면하는 시스템이 아니다보니 문제가 생기면 전화로 통화가 가능해야 해서 긴장을 좀 했었어요 그래도 편하게 잘 지내다 와서 다음 자코파네 갈 때에는 다시 방문할 생각이예요"

"Communication from both the property and Expedia was very poor. Note that you will have to make a bank transfer (NOT email transfer, cash, visa, or anything else) to complete the booking. The property did not provide all the correct information so I had to get someone back home to visit the bank twice. Our bank thought it was a scam. Expedia did not communicate this and I wouldn't have booked if I had known. Otherwise the property is fine, though there are big rotten holes in the patio -...

"I stayed three nights with my two teenage daughters. Our experience was most positive in every way. The staff were very attentive and helpful to all our queries. The hotel is clean and quiet. There is good and reliable WiFi, and free parking in front of hotel was a bonus. We paid for breakfast which was varied and ample. I can safely recommend the hotel to all, and we would definitely stay there again when we next return to Tatry mountains."

"Mycket fin studio med köksavdelning och suipermodernt badrum. Skön säng och perfekt läge i Zakopane; 5-7 minuter från shoppinggatan som var hysterisk ( undvik). Vid boendet lugnt och tyst och en restaurang tvärs över gatan med mycket god mat. 2 solstolar att ställa ut på den lilla gräsmattan utanför o 60 tums Tv där den egna medtagna crom casten fungerade utmärkt om man ville slappa lite efter en dag i bergen. 4-5 minuter promenad fr järnvägsstationen.
