"Quick check in, plenty of parking around the hotel, the room was clean, spacious, bed very comfortable ,bathroom was well equipped and big, hot water. Breakfast good if you like eggs, burgers, milk with fruitloops, muffins, waffles, they could use some veggies . Overall was a great hotel, we stayed for a week with business in town."

"If your just looking for a place to crash, it is cheap. right off of 65 & easy to find. Plenty of gas & eating places nearby. The parking lot was well lit & grounds were well kept. Easy unload, check in & I noticed about 12 different security camera views on a large screen tv covering parking lot, entry ways & hallways making us feel fairly safe. Now the bad.The lobby carpet was disgusting & looked like it had never been cleaned. We didn't venture any farther & headed straight to our room for the fear of finding something more disgusting. Well we found it in the elevator with a couple vaping. Thought it was on fire & the smell bought knocked us out. Our room had that musty smell & was in desperate need of a make over. Other than that it seemed somewhat clean & didn't see any bugs. The fridge worked well but the air conditioner sounded like a out of balance washing machine. Didn't cool worth a hoot & kept waking us up threw the night when it kicked on. Shower was hot but walls were kind of gross. We stayed here for 1 night on a drive threw. Didn't try the breakfast because of the way the lobby looked, smelt & just wanted to get out of there & back on the road It is just a 2 star hotel that cost us $112 so we didn't expect much except a good night's sleep which we didn't get. So no it was not worth the money & we would never stay there again"

"This is a one star review due to a few specific items. I will say the staff was pleasant. The valet for the cars was honestly excellent. The hotel for the most part is in pretty good shape as a historic property with a few caveats. For example, the elevators are deplorable. Their system seem to require a key to go up and down don’t work all the time and they literally almost falling off the wall. The elevators are an ancient. The room was actually quite nice and seems to have been fairly recently renovated, but the coffee maker was garbage and not very many amenities. One major major complaint with the lack of any type of vending or sundry store. There is absolutely nothing on Property. You have two bottles of water in your room that’s it that’s unacceptable. I asked if there was any place close by to walk and there were absolutely none. That area town is very sketchy. Abundance of homeless individuals as well. I had to get my car and leave the property to find anything decent to eat or drink. There is free breakfast on the eighth floor, but it’s mediocre at best. And strangely absolutely no ice at the breakfast. There’s an ice machine on each floor, but for some reason, you cannot get ice at breakfast, seriously? Would recommend finding somewhere else to stay in the city"

"The staff was professional, kind, and accommodating. Our room was spacious, clean, relatively quiet, but due for some updating. The faucet not flushed to tub all, shower curtain worn, and ac unit was pretty loud as well as leaking condensation onto carpet."

"Check in staff was great. very friendly and helpful. property needs a bit of updating...especially regarding the carpet in the hallways/rooms. Mattress was saggy and needs replacing. I'd still go back there if needed, but just some refreshing would be good."

"There is really nothing wrong with the room. it’s pretty good. The air-conditioning is not nice. It makes the room muggy. And the fan blows too hard. While the room is clean. The field is not really nice. But it’s worth the money. The breakfast section is not good and one of the girls on the front desk (May 19 2026 at 9 pm) is very argumentative and rude."

"Refrigerator made quite loud noises the entire night. Pot smell in the hallways was pretty intense at times. I can hear the people above my room walking around until late hours. No weird smell in the room, pretty clean, staff as nice enough."
