"I had a great 3 night stay at Centra Hotel Zürich. Christian at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, and my check in was a smooth process. My room was spotlessly clean and the shower had good pressure and hot water. There was also free onsite parking which was an added bonus. There is also a restaurant next to the courtyard where I had a nice dinner on my first day of arrival. The hotel was easy to find and I was happy that it was in a quieter part of the city - I had no trouble...

"The room was a nice size, clean and comfortable. Located in a good area close to restaurants and sites."

"Beds improvement in housekeeping. Upon our arrival, there were no body wash, and body lotion, and handwashing wash. We stayed 4 nights. Although towels were replaced all night, bed was not made on the first and second night."

"Due to the brand of hotel, even though the room I paid was quite chip for my night, I still expected a 4* hotel service. "There was nothing we didn't like about The Dolder Grand. From the moment you drive up to the property, you know it is going to be a lovely experience. Check-in was easy and seamless. The room was beautiful, clean and we had a lovely view. I can also say that the food in the restaurant was EXCELLENT! The staff was awesome. Everyone was kind, helpful and very accommodating. We will be back!"

Shuttle was convenient and the staff waived the fee for us due to no response from the previous day’s inquiries and attempted phone calls. There is not much around the hotel to do or see or options for eating. Otherwise, the hotel was clean, room was spacious and staff was friendly. "
