"We stayed here for a weekend getaway, and everything about our experience was excellent. The entire facility was very clean — even the hallways were spotless without a single piece of trash on the floor. We booked an Executive King Suite, and the room was impressively clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff truly made our stay memorable. Everyone we interacted with was cordial, respectful, and extremely helpful. Their professionalism and kindness stood out. Breakfast was superb....

"As soon as I had arrived, i had noticed the toilet was leaking, there was what looked like dead skin and a urine stain on the sheets in the only bed available in the room. On top of that the people in the next door over were screaming and banging stuff. Not to mention is sounds like you guys have a pigeon problem in your roof. So please for the love of god, close and never reopen. "

This location is not inexpensive, so definitely relative to my post (value). The lobby has been renovated & is very nice. The pool area appeared to be in good shape and the restaurant was active. The staff was friendly 100%. Now for the bad review: the rooms and hallways are severely outdated and felt dirty. I'm assuming the hotel...

"we stayed here 2yrs ago and it was bright and clean as it just recently opened. 2yrs later today it is already looks like it needs some major cleaning. the carpet is showing suitcase wheels lines. Housekeeping on our floor needs a lot to be desired. Debris seen the day before was still there the next day in the evening even though we clearly saw the housekeeping staff was there on the floor. they also did not clean our room on the every other day schedule posted the room card. "It’s close to the university. The place is clean. Breakfast was OK. You need to know they charge extra for parking. Not in the best neighborhood, but they made me feel very safe and protected."

"The hotel bar was great. Good vibes and a pretty atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. The only caviat was the darkening curtains did not close all the way so we were blinded by the sun as soon as it rose. I was planning on sleeping in on my Mother’s Day away and that unfortunately didn’t happen so that was disappointing. "
