"First the positive : it is well located, you're in the middle of the forest, in the Ourika Valley, it's all peace and tranquillity. Unfortunatelly, they had not received the reservation done via this website, so they were not aware of our arrival. They still were able to give us the rooms - thanks. Now the less positive : - The hotel staff was really not welcoming at all. We had the impression that we were disturbing more than anything else. I think we were the only clients at that...

"Wow, what an absolutely fabulous place! It’s exactly what we hoped for - peace and tranquility. The staff are superb and cannot do enough for you. The most instagram worthy place I have ever been to! Of note for those planning a trip, we stayed in the ‘low season’ (I.e. July/August). The hotel was only 20-30% full which made the stay feel even more intimate. We guess people are put off by the temperatures in Marrakesh, however it’s at least 5-10 degrees cooler in the mountains. Our stay was hot but definitely tolerable! "
