We loved the apartment unit we had on the front half of the property (called Brighton Beach building). Very easy to walk across the street and be at the tidal pool. We went for a swim every morning and loved having dinner at the various restaurants along the beach, which were delicious and also reasonably priced. Highlights of day were beautiful glass showers with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water particularly after swimming in the cold water at beach."

"We loved our stay at Doorn Kraal. Firstly the staff are lovely and so professional. Our room (the 2 bedroom cottage) was super neat and tidy, and it had everything we needed and it was very quiet as it’s a bit further away. Just be mindful at night, there may be one or two spiders in the trees when you walk to the cottage (have a flashlight). The food was soo delicious, we could not stop thinking about the wonderful dinner. We will stay again. Thanks to all the staff! "
