"The hotel was very clean and well kept. Rooms were clean, very comfortable and spacious. Our only issue was the elevator was out of order so had to carry all luggage up 3 flights of stairs."

"Wonderful stay at the Green Mountains Inn. The suite was well maintained and spacious with a very large and comfortable 4 poster bed. We had to climb a set of stairs with our luggage, but the hotel quickly sent a staff member to help. The breakfast (not included in our booking) was very nice. The Inn is very centrally located, close to an amazing walking trail, shops and restaurants. Stowe is a picturesque little town and would be lovely to visit in the Autumn. A quick drive to the Ben & Jerry’s ice cream factory and to walking trails in the mountains and ski slopes in the winter. We will come back to enjoy the Fall."

"When we arrived at The New World Inn the owner met us at our car and even carried our luggage since my husband is disabled. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was not fancy but had good choices. I love oatmeal. And you could make your own waffles. I can’t wait to go back to Barre and stay again. The Inn is being refurbished one room at a time so be patient and know you will get a nice room."

"Super cute. Very clean and nice furniture. Location was outstanding. Stayed with 2 teenagers- so no pool or anything was a bummer for them. It was pricey - but a very nice place."
