"Close to the airport, awesome for early morning flights. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean."

"Collesio Hotel is in a superb location for seeing many of Stirlings historic sights. Few minutes walk from exceptional restaurants and pubs. Parking is available, few free, mostly paid at an immediately adjacent lot. The Hotel is in an historic building and there is a lovely bar/lounge area as you walk in. That is also where checkin is! Few oddities: The "fridge" is tiny and will fit a couple of beverages cans. We had a spacious large room with comfortable bed and pillows. The tiles in the beautiful bathroom, however, were broken and presented a tripping and cutting hazard. Hopefully they are fixing those. Staff was helpful."

"Only 1 lift / elevator operational during our 4 night stay, long wait times at peak hours, lift was shared between guests and service leading to further congestion and delays. AC system in room is supposedly controlled from an ipad in the room, I can say with confidence that the AC is controlled centrally as the ipad has no effect, the weather was sunny during our stay, the room south facing, leading to an uncomfortably hot room environment in the mid 20's degrees C. Ipad in room is used to control the TV which was hit and miss, the presence of the older TV remote controller in the storage drawer suggest that this has been a recent transition, as with all things, test things properly before you roll them out. I have stayed at various Citizen M's around Europe and this one in Glasgow many times, whatever is going on with the managment of Glasgow (cost saving driven?), it was a very poor show and pretty terrible stay."

"Breakfast was plentiful but missed mushrooms among the fried choice Room was clean although dissappinting that water damage above bath remained from floor above The threshold into bathroom was a trip hazard especially on exit The lifts did not work well and need to be more reliable. I would return as its closeness to subway was appreciated and the staff friendly and helpful."

"Newer construction beautiful building with larger modern rooms, temperature control and the best shower experienced compared to all others over 6 locations that we stayed in Scotland. We called ahead and were able to store some luggage prior to arrival. We took a luggage limited flight to Isle of Man. Very grateful for the hotel accommodating this request. Located near grocery store. Short walk to old Queensferry. Beautiful area and a nice stroll for fish and chips or an ice cream. Lobby is comfortable and relaxing with many seats available. Airport shuttle convenient and professional. Be sure to book transport in advance as shuttle is popular with guests."
