"The room was one of the filthiest Ive stayed in. Mirror next to adjoining door was filmy dirty. Bathroom grout was rusty, uncleaned around rub and bath counter. Condition of the tub was extremely worn, chipped..rusted around drain faucet. Breakfast options very nice. Most likely will not stay here again. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately my experience did not meet basic cleanliness and safety expectations. The bathroom was not properly maintained; the bathtub had visible rust and orange discoloration in multiple areas, which made it appear unsanitary. Additionally, several people in our group reported seeing bed bugs, which is extremely concerning for any hotel stay. The fitness center was also very disappointing. The equipment appeared outdated and poorly maintained. There were walking pads in place of standard treadmills, and several machines were broken. The elliptical in particular posed a safety hazard due to missing pieces on the handles. Overall, the condition of the room and the lack of functional, safe amenities made this stay far below what guests should reasonably expect. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience and safety for future guests. "

"I was in town for a very stressful meeting early in a.m. Was informed I couldn’t extend checkout (in case my meeting ran over) without paying additional $45 so was forced to checkout before my meeting. So stressful. Adding to that I just wanted a cup of coffee on my way out at 7:30 a.m. The coffee had run out!! "

"Meh, it's okay, nicely appointed hotel overall and room. however, our room smelt a little dank. It could have been clearer, I one of those wackos who pay attention to detail and dust on lights and baseboards is sign that cleanliness is average. It's a higher end hotel for the area , so there should be expectation of excellence they should strive to for. Also, no dress code staff is required to adhere to, it's apparent at check-in, friendly, but whatever they want to wear that day is what you'll see greeting you. I'm all for being and expressing who you are, but at work, there should be a level of professionalism any good hotel would want to showcase. The valet and bar staff are good to go and also friendly. Parking is not available on site, but there is a fee based parking garage a block away. "
