Cons: One front desk staff member (an older gentleman) is very rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful. It's far from downtown, making cabs expensive when the train isn't running or if you're in a rush. "The hotel is beautiful and in a great area of Stockholm. Lots of places to eat and shop. Breakfast on the weekend was wonderful. Staff was friendly and the areas were all clean! I would definitely recommend this hotel!"
