Very poor shower pressure, very old carpets in the rooms, very poor sad pillows. Nice people, nice staff, hotel needs a full remodel. Fun by the pool and allowed to have a beverage by the pool. This was our second time staying at this hotel. It wasn’t a surprise that things were the same. The staff were friendly, the room very clean, and the pool warm enough to enjoy a swim. Best Western Plus Heritage Inn
Super load even being on the top floor. Area is sketchy. Security officer has to let you into the breakfast area. I wouldn’t stay here again.
