"We booked this hotel in large part because they offer a free shuttle to the concert venue. I inquired about the shuttle when we checked in and was informed it wasn’t available to take us to the show but could bring us home (make that make sense?) We checked in as early as the hotel would allow. It was very frustrating and disappointing that they had already “fully booked” the shuttle already."
