"Very friendly and helpful house manager who set up TV in another room given my room was taken Lucky he was there and door was open on arrival however as otherwise would have been tragic as no idea how I would have got in and my room had been double booked with clients already in and if any issues, no idea where he is to get hold of which was the case later as I had no towels so was leant one from another room.
