"The hotel is nicely kept and close to a train and bus station to conveniently travel to the tourist areas. There are a few limited food options in the immediate area but you can kind plenty of options within a 10 to 15 minute walk."

2/10 Terrible

"Arrived 1 hour before check in. Was advised room is not ready due to compliance checks. Was told to leave bags with concierge who are apparently open till 12 midnight. Arrived back at 9pm and waited 30 mins to collect bags. Only 2 members of staff working and serving multiple areas. Room okay but bathroom was appalling. Dirty towel, blocked basin drain, extractor fan not working and toilet took 30 mins to refill. Relayed this to a gentleman on the desk who stated "oh that's unfortunate, next time you come, tell this to the manager and we can see what we do". Funnily or sadly enough the same reception staff were pandering to a lady, offering upgrades and token gifts. When the face fits. I got the impression the chap at the front desk thought I was making it all up. So much for not being able to check in an hour early due to ensuring the room is "ready and checked over". Very Poor service. Wouldn't come back again and would advice others not to come too."

2/10 Terrible

"Awful experience. Arrived late on a booking that was made for us. There were multiple rooms that were supposed to have twin beds and all had just a double bed. Thus work colleagues who did not know each other were placed in rooms with one bed. Management was not friendly and made most of the members of our party feel uncomfortable. It got to the point where 4 members of the party went next door to book 2 rooms with two beds. Would not recommend this hotel. Seemed to be great in advance but when you don't get what you reserve and it causes such chaos, and then management team seems to be rude and relenting it sours the entire stay. Will have my business colleague take all future business bookings to another brand."
