"Staff are super friendly. We kindly asked if we could have a takeaway breakfast since we check out at 7:00 am (before the breakfast starts) and they didn’t hesitate to help.
They prepared a breakfast bag for us and it was super helpful as we had a 5-hour bus journey after that.
Also; location is very convenient.
I would stay there again!"
"Overall, fantastic stay at Hotel Emen- staff at the desk were very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were clean and stylish. Breakfast was generous with authentic Bosnian coffee. It was situated in the old city, very closely to the Bridge. Parking in the nearby lot was reasonable (30KM for 24 hours). The one-way roads approaching the parking were narrow but on the way out were fine."
"This boutique hotel is so close to the Old Bridge. It’s in a very convenient location inside the Old Town where the Main attractions are within minutes of walk. It’s value for your money!! In addition, the hotel is so clean. The linens, towels are fresh, and clean. Deny, the owner is very helpful and gave us recommendations where to eat. He also helped us find a taxi to get to the bus station. His hotel is a great place to stay whenever you are in Mostar. Highly recommended!"
"This hotel was so fun and unique. Property is nice and the pool is huge. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent and parking at the hotel was so convenient."
"This hotel also serves as a museum of local Bosnian handicrafts and is full of charm. The guest rooms are tucked away in between rooms that showcase the museum’s collections. The staff is exceptionally kind and friendly. The breakfast was fairly standard without cooked to order options. We had a visually anttractive attic room suite that was not ideally suited to older travelers. A lot of the floor space in the bed and bathrooms was unusable because of the steep pitch of the roof. Stay here if you’re looking for charm and an unusual experience but not if you need standard amenities like a good shower stall or easy access to rooms."
