"We had a pleasant stay at Hyatt Place Kunming, and overall, it was a positive experience. The service stood out. The staffs were consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming, always ready to assist whenever needed. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a good variety of options that were both satisfying and enjoyable. It was a great way to start the day. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to Kunming South Railway Station, which was very convenient and made traveling much easier. That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The shower water pressure was quite low, which affected the overall comfort. In addition, the hotel WiFi was rather unstable. We experienced frequent disconnections, which was inconvenient. Overall, it’s still a good stay thanks to the excellent service and thoughtful amenities, but addressing these issues would definitely enhance the guest experience further."

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the bathtub overlooking the landscape was the perfect touch of luxury. Service: The staff were the highlight of my stay—attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. From check-in to check-out, I felt genuinely welcomed. They even provided great recommendations for exploring the art village! Food & Drinks: The breakfast spread was divine, with a mix of Chinese and Western options, all fresh and flavorful. I also enjoyed dinner at their restaurant—the local Yunnan dishes were expertly prepared, and the presentation was Instagram-worthy!
