"Amazing location for beach and boardwalk access. Lots of room for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Could use a few more plates and a roll of paper towels. Beds are a little hard but things were nice and clean. We will definitely be returning. "

"This is a great opportunity to see Portland, which is in a 30-minute drive from Kennebunk. All accommodation options in Portland were superexpensive, so I booked this one, in a town closeby, and did not regret it a bit. It was certainly cheaper to park the car somewhere in Portland (hey, I was able to find a parking spot for five bucks a day (!)) than to book accommodation AND pay for overnight parking in Portland.
