Comfortable and centrally located hotel

Le Pavillon 7 has a very central location, room was spacious, huge modern bathroom, very clean, excellent bed and bedding. Check in and check out was very fast. Staff is very nice and helpful, thank you!

A modern hotel close to everything

Well appointed rooms in a very modern style situated in centre of village. Quiet, large suites with lovely bathrooms. Underground secure parking available at extra cost.

Perfect base for touring the Alsace

The hotel is small and very well kept, the location is awesome. Rooms are very clean, the employees are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are air conditioned. Only minus: Bathrooms don't have a "real" shower but some combination of a bathtub and hand-held shower head - that was something to get used to. Otherwise: Great place to stay!

What a place , right in the heart of the town , our room had the sauna and terrace and was brilliant all round - go to the sister hotel Columbia to get the keys for pavilion though . No complaints at all

Great experience. Very clean and modern room. Left by mistake a package of food products from our travels in the room fridge. They called the same day of our leaving and offered to send the package to our home by post. Very kind and helpful staff.

Nice place, but...

A nice hotel with large room. It is clean, modern, with a mini-bar and Internet. It deserves easily four stars. But two things we did not like : First of all, a bathroom without a hook to attach the shower head... Not very convenient to enjoy your shower. Second, a permanent buzz coming from the electricity box.... Really enjoying at night when it is time to sleep well...

Grandios und sehr ruhig.

Es war Dorffest bis in die Nacht nur wenige Meter entfernt auf dem Hauptplatz. Im Hotelzimmer im Erdgeschoss war nichts davon zu hören. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig mit raffinierter Architektur (kleiner Lichthof). Wir haben es sehr genossen. Einzig, das fehlende gesicherte WLAN gibt kleine Abzüge.

Tolles Hotel in Obernai

Wir waren im Doppelzimmer mit Terrasse und privat Sauna (Zimmer 704). Check in war im gegenüberliegenden Hotel Colombier. Freundlicher Empfang, unkomplizierter und schneller Check in. Die Empfangsmitarbeitenden haben uns auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz 5 Gehminuten entfernt, empfohlen. Das Zimmer war groß genug, inkl. Kleinem Kühlschrank, Weingläser, kleiner Kaffeemaschine und Sitzecke. Allerdings sehr hellhörig (v.a. Wenn andere Gäste die Treppe nach oben oder unten gelaufen sind, der Türöffner im Erdgeschoss gesummt hat oder über uns geduscht wurde). Das hängt aber natürlich auch stark von der Rücksichtsnahme der anderen Gäste ab… Auch die Deckenbeleuchtung im Zimmer ist etwas spärlich. Die Terrasse ist schön groß und mit sitzmöbel und Tisch ausgestattet. Die Sauna ist super, für 2 absolut ausreichend. Auch 4 Leute hätten Platz darin. Man muss ca 45 Minuten einplanen, bis sie heiß ist. Aber die Beleuchtung in der Sauna (2 kl Spots) ist zu wenig, wenn es draußen dunkel ist. Wir haben die Outdoor Stehlampe vor die Saunatüre gezogen, dann war es gut. Die Lage mitten in Obernai ist top. Alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Hôtel bien situé en centre ville d'Obernai. Pour un week end spécial on décide de prendre la "meilleure chambre" avec l'appartement terrasse Sauna. On pensait qu'il y avait un vrai spa dans l'hôtel mais non juste un sauna. Alors à ce prix là autant rester dans la chambre. Sauna sur la terrasse mais la nuit avec juste une petite lumière LED dedans. La lumière dans la chambre avait un souci. Malheureusement on est samedi soir pas de service technique.... Chambre très bruyante, on entends les allées venues des voisins avec les portes d'entrées qui claquent, les talons sur les escaliers en bois. Pour le prix, pour un 4 etoiles, je suis déçue... On en a déjà fait et là la prestation n'était pas à la hauteur du prix.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut, der Spa- Bereich winzig klein , nur 2 Liegen im Ruhebereich , eine ebenso kleine Sauna. Das Frühstück war mangelhaft, Rührei ungenießbar und auch viele andere Produkte nicht wirklich gut. Sehr schade.

Great location & friendly staff

Standard 4* hotel - clean, super friendly staff and reasonably quiet despite being in the middle of the town. Biggest drawback is lack of on-site parking which other reviewers have also referred to. We were actually moved to the Colombier - the sister hotel accros the road and the team and staff did their best to make the small room as comfortable as possible for the three of us. A pleasant stay , which would have been even more amazing if there was an on-site restaurant. Nice fitness area and sauna.

bonne adresse

Etablissement de qualité avec un personnel à l'écoute. Malgré une chambre donnant côté rue et rez de chaussée, je n'ai pas été ennuyé par le bruit mais parcontre aucun réseau téléphonique et un Wifi qui n'acceptait pas l'envoi de mes mails.... Literie parfaite, petit-déjeuner très complet.
