A very clean and well appointed hotel. Staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful with directions, dinner reservations, and getting us transport to the train station. They happily extended our checkout time on the morning of our checkout. Very well situated.

Location is central. Nice hotel. Elevators are congested and busy. Taking stairs is easy if you can. I didn’t try breakfast or bar so can’t comment there. Room is cozy, small and cute. Bed was comfortable and clean.

I absolutely loved my 3 night stay at the hotel! It was beautiful, clean, well situated, had everything I needed but what really stood out was the exceptional service and staff. They were so helpful and went above and beyond what was asked for. Julien, the concierge, is the best ever. I was not feeling well and he escorted me to several restaurants in the evening that were nearby to see if I could get a table for dinner. I was sad to leave and would absolutely stay there again if I returned to Strasbourg.

What a fabulous hotel! Great location and interior / decor is very stylish! Staff were very helpful in facilitating parking and changing our room configurations. We used the spa too and it was gorgeous. Felt like a real 5 star treat
