"Really liked the breakfast buffet each morning. We were assigned the room labeled "handicap room" on the 4th floor. It was a lovely room and fine view. We had no idea how to lower or raise the blinds and had to call for help to do so. Help was very responsive, thank you. If I were handicapped and confined to a wheel chair, I don't think I could have gotten up on the bed! They are very high! The sliding door to the bathroom is a neat idea but the door is so heavy it is very difficult to slide over, even for me. When we visit friends in King George we like to stay here. Thank you."

"The room was and comfortable. I loved that my room had a recliner. However, when a hotel advertises a kitchenette, I expect utensils, pans, silverware and a set of dishes. there was nothing! Cupboards were empty. Nobody takes all that stuff with them, and that was the whole reason why I booked this hotel. they need to revise their amenities list. It does have a full-size fridge, but what good is that? And there's no ice machine - you have to turn on the ice maker in the fridge, but nobody told me that. I gave it a good rating, but beware if you're expecting to use the kitchenette as you would normally expect."

"Overall this property served my purpose for one overnight. It was very quiet. The bathroom.was exceptionally clean but the room a little less so. Bed was a little squeaky but linens were clean. Thank you to the staff person who got my TV working."
