"The shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were useless. They were in little very stiff bottles that required both hands to get any out of the bottles. In order to use the body lotion I flattened the bottle with both hands to dispense the bit of lotion onto a tissue. I realize this is not the fault of the staff, but whomever is in charge of choosing what to order for use of guests. The water pressure in my sink was a trickle when I tried to get hot water. "The hotel staff was excellent and very welcoming. The checkin process was good. Our room was clean and the property was clean. The only thing that was not great was the hot tub. We were looking forward to a relaxing soak before bed but it was so cloudy we couldn’t see the bottom so we opted out. Everything else was great."
