"Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location to Phoenix Airport and Cubs ballpark. We took advantage of a super discount for a room for a week. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for in that regards. Small closet, well loved couch with huge stain, noisy air conditioner, worn wooden drawers. Only 3 small drawers and very small sink. Friends who have Hyatt loyalty points loved their room. The bed was comfortable though."

"Clean spacious room. Fantastic location 10 minutes from the Rental Car Return. I was amazed by Elora on the Front Desk. I observed her patiently tackle guest after guests, the phone and she provided me with a suggestion for an awesome Restaurant for dinner. "

Over a conversation with another guest and (Deon) he spoke so rude if I were the guest I would have checked out right then. All the other staff were great. Good restaurant good pool good shuttle. "

"Shuttle was a courtesy Uber which worked great. Everything was basic, but clean. Chargers by both sides of the bed! Lighting both in the common areas and rooms seemed dim and gave the hotel a dingy vibe. "

"This is a very nice casino resort. The food and service at restaurants was better than most - even the buffet was delicious! The rooms are a good size, casino very clean. The only thing less than 5 stars were beds were ok but not luxurious, pillows a little hard and it’s about 15 minutes from other restaurants etc in Scottsdale. Golf was wonderful, expensive but worth it. "
