Most of the staff are helpful and friendly, with the exception of the man on reception when checking in, quite rude, but that might be their culture.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Great central location, 5 minutes walk from the train station, Tesco just a few minutes' walk across the bridge for food supplies, and check-in was seamless. A lovely old Victorian spa town with the old railway station and buildings around a must to see. The buildings are very unusual as some are Mediterranean in style. A lot have been made into hotels which is a shame and annoys the locals apparently.
