Wenn die Bedienung heute Morgen beim Frühstück nicht so schlechte Laune gehabt hätte, währe alles super. Wer noch nichtamtlich guten Morgen sagt und Fragen nicht beantwortet, Kaffee ohne Kommentar auf dem Tisch stellt, hat in so einem schönen Hotel nichts zu suchen.

God overnatning - udemærket værelse. Hurtig indcheckning og god morgenmad. Vi Nåede desværre ikke spa pga relativ sen ankomst. Aftensmaden var desværre meget kedelig denne gang (har været her flere gange).

Alles soweit ok nettes Haus in einer schönen Umgebung. Probleme gab es ein bisschen wegen der Bezahlung. Vereinbart war im Hotel wurde aber vorab abgebucht. Trennung da zwei Zimmer gebucht wegen einem Kollegen alles schwierig. Rechnung umschreiben beim Auschecken. Alles Zeit gekostet. Reise viel beruflich und das lösen andere viel professioneller und schneller. Im Großen und Ganzen aber abgesehen davon ein nettes Haus mit einem sensationellen Frühstück

Leider war der Transfer vom/zum Bahnhof nicht möglich, dass machte pro Fahrt knapp 10€ oder ein Spaziergang mit Koffer durch den Wald. Auch liegt der Straussee vor dem Hotel, bis man jedoch an das Wasser konnte, war ein größerer Fussmarsch möglich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kindgerecht und auch das Essen war gut.

Der Empfang war äußerst herzlich und zuvorkommend.Wir konnten bereits mittags einchecken und somit auch den Wellnessbereich vorzeitig nutzen. Das Hotel ist ein super Ort zum Erholen, Entspannen und Genießen. Super sauber, sehr gemütlich, perfekter Service, sehr schöner Wellnessbereich und mega leckeres Essen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ein Traum. Hier ist der Gast König. Wir buchen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Weird and wonderful hotel

What a crazy funny hotel! We wanted a little break from Berlin, something close and unique. The grounds were interesting to wander, and the pool was spacious and peaceful. The rooms were a bit small and room service was limited to only 4 items plus LOTS of alcohol. The service was very attentive and we enjoyed our stay!

Leider etwas bieder und altbacken das Ganze. Über Geschmack lässt sich ja streiten, aber mit 4*s hat das nicht viel zu tun. Dazu tragen nur die Auastattungsmerkmale bei. Das Preisleistungs-Verältnis ist viel zu hoch, gemessen unter anderem an Qualität und Servicekompetenz. Vor allem im Restaurant! Auch die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist nicht mehr Zeitgemäß selbst wenn man das Thema Burghotel berücksichtigt. Dir Amaturen im Bad sind pure Wasserverschwender und lassen sich schlecht einstellen, so das man unter anderem schon mal kalt oder heiss duschen muss. Dort gibt es viel zu investieren und zu verbessern wenn man mithalten will.

Ein tolles Hotel mit Wohlfühlgarantie! Vom Check-In bis zur Abreise waren ausnahmslos alle Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück mit frischen Waffeln und Omelette bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas und hat eindeutig mehr als 4 Sterne verdient. Die Anlage des Hotels läd zum Erkunden ein und ist sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Die Aufenthalte im Wellnessbereich waren sehr entspannend. Die Massage war sehr gut und hat ebenfalls für absolute Ebtspannung gesorgt. Einzig die vielen Besucher zum Tag der offenen Tür, die am verglasten Poolgebäude vorbei spazierten, haben etwas gestört.
