"The room was great. It was the smallest room I think I’ve ever seen. But we’re traveling Europe. We used it to sleep in, and it accomplished that very well. There was no air conditioning, so It was a little warm. But it was comfortable and would be willing to stay again."

"We were quite disappointed with our stay at the Crown Plaza. I was travelling with a disabled friend and while the initial desk personnel were good and friendly, it went downhill from there. Our room phone was not working which concerned me greatly, in case we needed assistance, so I had to go down ..."
