"Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. At parts the hotel was dated. I stayed in a 'budget' room. Which i wasnt aware until i got into thr room that it wad internal and had no windows. Fine for just a night ot two but no more. Warm room, but fans are provided. The

area was a little run down but still really good value for what was there and the area was clean and a lot of facilities. I would stay again."

"It would have been 5 stars. However sadly one very rude member staff. Who thought the way to deal with an issue was to ignore what the customernwas saying and instead make inane comments. Shame as all the other staff were professional and very friendly. Clean, comfortable. Good breakfast. Jacuzzi wasn't workking but lovely steam room and suana. "

facilities, but it looked very nice. Bar meal was good, service was friendly and helpful. Room was more than adequate. Only one small thing wrong… no glasses in room. Could easily be rectified. Excellent value for money."
