L'hotel è posto nel centro dell'isola commerciale di Stresa ed è annesso a un ristorante, che abbiamo provato con completa soddisfazione. La struttura è complessivamente un po' (ma piacevolmente) datata, alcuni particolari in camera potrebbero essere arricchiti o migliorati, ma si tratta di un due stelle con una tariffa proporzionata. Accoglienza calorosa, soggiorno gradevole.

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Stresa und damit sehr günstig. Allerdings kann man dieses Hotel nicht mit dem Auto anfahren und muss sein Gepäck dorthin tragen. Parkplätze muss man sich im Ort selbst suchen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betten waren ok, jedoch ist die Rückwand des Bettes nicht mit dem Bett verbunden. Es sind zwei einfache Metallgestelle, wo die Matratzen drauf liegen. Wenn man sich an die Rückwand des Bettes setzen möchte, muss man aufpassen, dass sich das Bett (Metallgestell) nicht wegschiebt. Zum Frühstück muss man Brot, Butter, Schinken und Käse bestellen, sonst gibt's nur Zwieback, Marmelade und Kuchen. Es ist ok, wenn man nicht anspruchsvoll ist.

chambre non restaurée depuis des dizaines d'années très vieille :murs salis, moquette du sol très usagée et tachée,salle de bain et robinetteries très anciennes.la chambre ne correspondait pas à la jolie photo. cependant le nettoyage était bien fait compte tenu du matériel à nettoyer et les draps très propres nous avons été très déçus par cet hébergement

Das Hotel ist schön zentral gelegen jedoch ist jede Menge Lärm von den Restaurants zu hören. Die Fotos entsprechen leider keinesfalls der Realität! Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und dunkel. Es gibt leider auch keinen Fahrstuhl, sodass man sich in den dritten oder gar vierten Stock mit seinem Gepäck schleppen muss. Es ist leider schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das inkludierte Frühstück war ok.

Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja auttavaista. Lämmin tunnelma. Ylimmän kerroksen hanasta vesi tuli huonolla paineella. Sijainti aivan keskustassa, mutta rajoitetusti ilmaista parkkitilaa. Aamupala tuotiin pöytään, oli hyvää.

Ersatzunterkunft CASA GIARDINETTO

Da die Heizung im Hotel Da Cesare ausgefallen war, habe ich ersatzweise in der Unterkunft CASA GIARDINETTO übernachtet. Die Ersatzunterkunft wurde gemeinsam mit der Besitzerin des Hotels abgestimmt. Ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Besitzerin des Apartments ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Apartment ist groß, W-LAN, Bad und alles andere funktioniert ohne Probleme. Nur die Wände sind dünn und man kann ziemlich gut hören, was um einen herum so passiert. Das Frühstück war lecker und mehr als ausreichend. Ich hoffe, dass im Hotel Da Cesare alles genauso super gewesen wäre. Insgesamt top!
