"We were here only one night due to cancelled flights. The free airport shuttle was much appreciated. The breakfast was really excellent. The staff was extremely helpful and efficient . Check in was fast and they helped us easily arrange to have the shuttle take us back to the airport quickly the next morning. It does appear to be an older hotel and showing age. Our room was acceptable but showed a fair amount of wear (old caulking around the tub, older carpeting, etc). Would definitely suggest a facelift. However, the beds were fine, the AC unit worked perfectly, and all amenities functioned properly ."

"This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The “breakfast included” was a honey bun, a banana, a granola bar, and a Sunny D. I only received a granola bar which had peanuts and since I have a nut allergy, the only thing I could eat was the banana. This is not a real breakfast and definitely not what was advertised. The room was dirty, the vinyl floors weren’t mopped, and my feet felt grimy walking around. The entire space felt unclean and poorly maintained. They also placed a $100 incidental hold, which is extremely high compared to most hotels in the area. For a property in this condition, it makes no sense. They claim they’re “under renovation,” but reviews show they’ve been saying that since last year. There are several better hotels nearby. I was too busy to cancel, but I will never stay here again. Avoid this place."

"Not in the best area of Dallas. Hotel’s first floor was under construction when we arrived which made the elevators inaccessible. Had to walk around side of hotel and use stairs to go to our room. Upon getting in the stairwell, the smell of marijuana was so strong, almost overbearing. Smell carried through to the hallway and faintly in the room. Now positive, when we got in the room it was very clean and spacious, exceeded our expectations. During the night the fire alarm kept going off causing lost sleep, not sure if there was a fault, or if someone kept pulling it, there was no explanation. Ended up getting up at 4 am and going to the airport early."
