"Great location just 2 blocks inside the main gate of Ohrid and maybe 2 blocks to the lake, and a 10 minute walk to Samuel's Fortress, so it's central but quiet. Branislov is an excellent, helpful host. Wifi is fast, bed is comfortable.
Got a room with a peek-a-boo view of the lake. Same day laundry was only 15 Euro. They have a community kitchen area with free coffee/tea/cookies, which was appreciated. Highly recommend."
"After reconfirming my reservation 2 times including providing my approximate arrival time I got to the property at 10:30pm after traveling for 15 hours and was told that my room was not available. They had all day to contact me and let me know there was a problem yet made no effort to do so.
They did contact another property nearby and found a room for me, but this was very disconcerting overall. One of the staff led me on a 1/4 mile walk in the dark through back alleys and parking lots to the other property. I would never consider staying at this property because of the lack of communication and the amount of stress they caused."
"Our two night stay was great with an amazing parking space right in front. There was a great little grocery about a block away that was very handy. Only little disappointment was we never saw anyone from the property after initial checkin so no one to ask questions or advice. I believe they have two locations in town so that may be the reason."
