"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"The property is a bit dated but the kindness of the staff and the INCREDIBLE views won me over. Even though the hotel is a bit older, I slept wonderfully and the food in the restaurant was fantastic! (We had pork with spatzle, chicken soup, Dubai Chocolate drink and an Aperol Spritz). "Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig außerhalb des Ortes. Im letzten Jahr sind zwei neue Außen-Pools hinzugekommen. Außerdem kam am Naturteich das Haus am See mit Saunen und einem kleinen Servicebereich hinzu, wo man am Nachmittag Kleinigkeiten essen kann. Die finnische Sauna hätte etwas größer sein können, da sie im Gegensatz zu Dampfbad, Kräuterstube und Infrarotkabine natürlich am meisten genutzt wird. Die Innenarchitektur ist sehr modern und setzt auf Naturelemente wie Holz und Stein. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und perfekt eingerichtet, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.
