"I felt welcomed and safe. My dog was also welcomed and that was important to me. The glamping tent was very roomie and private. Id definitely stay there again!!"

You can spend time browsing the exhibits at Sturgis Motorcycle Museum & Hall of Fame during your travels in Sturgis. You can seek out the campsites in this family-friendly area.
The legendary motorcycle rally transforms this small town into a thundering paradise of chrome and leather every August. Explore the nearby Black Hills, where Mount Rushmore and Custer State Park offer perfect day trips between browsing custom bikes and live music venues.
Honestly, the entire town's personality seems to be "the motorcycle rally". Which is awesome if you are into it (wasn't) Most shops are 100% Rally merch or highly political merch, which was a turnoff...but the hotel and surrounding area is amazing.

The energy is there, the people seem to know you from somewhere, to any question there is a way to get a yes from anyone there. Safe for families. A great place to relax while you are on one of those busy, deadline-y, family or business trips.

Excellent location overall. We loved exploring Speafish Canyon! But next time I'll spend more money and get a decent hotel.

Sturgis is a bustling town. I was only there on a Sunday evening passing through but found the town great!
