I had a minor fall on arrival and the receptionist went out of his way to ensure I was well looked after, Thanks I’d suggest some improved lighting at the car park entrance to the hotel, or at least painting of the step to make it easier to see and hopefully avoid any further falls.

We enjoy staying in Hotel Rieker since many years during the Christmas Market season. However this year there was a problem with the elevator and it could not be solved during our three days stay. Fortunately the kind and friendly receptionist Mrs. Natali Matar was helpful. She and her husband helped us to bring down all our heavy luggages when we departed. Staff was amazing. Helpful all the time. Location across from the main train station can’t be beat!! Super clean with daily room cleaning. I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s not fancy, but the overall value is really what matters. I’m planning to stay there whenever I visit Stuttgart!
